Terms and Conditions

1. Lessons

• Driving lessons will be conducted at mutually agreed dates and times.
• Lesson duration is typically [60 / 90 / 120] minutes, depending on the test centre area and the pick up location.
• The instructor will provide a roadworthy, insured vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse or terminate a lesson if the Learner’s behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

                                   2. Fees and Payment

• Lesson fees are as stated on our website per lesson/hour unless part of a prepaid package.
• Payment is due in advance 24 hours before the lesson.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.
• Vouchers are available to purchase and need to be used within the expiry date provided.
• Cancellation Policy (48 Hours’ Notice)

3. cancellations

• The Learner must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Failure to attend a lesson without notice (“no-show”) will be charged at 100% of the lesson fee.
• If the Learner arrives late, the lesson will still end at the agreed time and the full fee remains payable.
• Cancellations must be made by [text / call / WhatsApp / email] to be valid.
• If the Instructor cancels a lesson, the Learner will not be charged and or a rescheduled lesson at a mutually agreeable date/time.
• Exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion in cases of genuine emergency.

4. Learner Responsibilities

       The Learner agrees to:

• Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it when requested.
• Inform the Instructor of any medical condition, medication, or changes that may affect driving.
• Wear suitable footwear and clothing for driving.
• Always follow the instructor’s guidance and instructions.

5.  Instructor Responsibilities

        The instructor agrees to:

• Hold a valid ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) or trainee licence.
• Provide lessons in a safe, professional, and patient manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is insured, taxed, and roadworthy.
• Maintain confidentiality of Learner information.

6. Driving Tests

• Use of the Instructor’s car for a driving test is subject to availability and additional fees.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse use of the vehicle for a test if the Learner is not test-ready or the vehicle is unsuitable on the day.
• Test fees must be paid in advance, they are the normal hourly rate

7. Behaviour and Safety

• Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Lessons may be terminated immediately without refund if safety is compromised.
• Alcohol or drug use before a lesson will result in cancellation without refund.

8. Liability

• The instructor holds appropriate motor and professional insurance.
• The Learner is responsible for fines or penalties incurred due to their actions while driving.
• The instructor is not liable for test failures or delays caused by external factors.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate lessons at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any unused prepaid lessons may be refunded at the instructor’s discretion.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data will be stored securely and used only for lesson administration.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless legally required.
